Let me start by saying James is a champion. I don’t like many people but he’s top tier. You get a sense of someone and the lingering impression i have is that he’s a lovely guy, working hard and being a legend. He came after hours late in an emergency, stayed late digging deep into some structural issues, worked all night and came back to finish wiring plus a new switch, and sorted a whole bunch of dysfunctional stuff in my old place. He involved me in the process, explaining the whys and wherefores and was very thorough. I can’t rate the guy highly enough. Cheers and good luck.
